Location: Carlsbad, California, or remote within the United States; remote work excludes North Dakota, Vermont, and Rhode Island. Travel up to 10%.

Salary: $87,000–$137,000 annually. For specific work locations in San Jose, the San Francisco Bay Area, and the New York City metropolitan area: $107,500–$161,500 annually.

What you will do

• Lead full-cycle recruitment, including strategy sessions, interview preparation, debriefs, offer analysis, negotiation, and structured interviews.
• Evaluate technical and behavioral competencies for engineering and other professional roles.
• Build talent pipelines through job platforms, social media, professional associations, and networking.
• Use market and competitor data to develop talent attraction, assessment, and closing strategies.
• Report recruitment initiatives, hiring progress, and funnel metrics to leaders.
• Partner with Marketing on employer branding campaigns and represent hirify.global at career forums and events.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Talent Acquisition recruiting experience for senior roles in an agency or corporate setting.
• Experience recruiting and assessing electrical, mechanical, and software engineering talent.
• Experience supporting hiring across the US, Canada, Brazil, and Mexico.
• Strong knowledge of recruiting metrics, data hygiene, compliance, privacy standards, employment laws, and hiring policies.
• Experience with recruiting technology, primarily Workday and iCIMS, plus strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• US citizenship is required because the role supports US Government hiring.
