Corporate Finance Manager (AI)

Location: Remote-first within the United States and Canada

Salary: $128,413–$171,229 per year, based on location, experience, and qualifications.

What you will do

• Own monthly, quarterly, and annual FP&A cycles, including forecast calendars, milestones, and long-term financial modeling.
• Prepare consolidated income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow models, and provide data-driven variance analysis.
• Contribute to executive and board reporting by preparing analyses, drafting presentation materials, and ensuring data accuracy.
• Own and improve company-wide operating expense budgeting, approval workflows, department planning, and headcount coordination.
• Develop financial models, reports, and analyses that support strategic decisions and proactively surface risks and insights.
• Identify and implement AI-enabled automation for reporting, modeling, variance analysis, planning, and presentation production.

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, finance business partnering, strategic finance, investment banking, private equity, consulting, accounting, or a related analytical field.
• Manager-level ownership or equivalent scope, including end-to-end ownership of recurring deliverables for executive or board audiences.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, including balance sheet and cash flow mechanics, with advanced analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills and strong presentation-building abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, independent problem-solving, proactive execution, and exceptional accuracy and quality control.
• Must be able to work remotely from the United States or Canada. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or another quantitative field required.

Nice to have

• Experience with NetSuite Planning and Budgeting, Oracle Hyperion, Anaplan, Adaptive, SQL, or BI tools.
• Experience improving or automating reporting and planning processes.
• Experience with e-commerce, marketplace, or retail business models.
• Experience at both public and high-growth private companies, or an MBA or CPA.
