Senior Project Manager (BMS/PMS)

What you will do

• Support schedule management and integrate Building Monitoring Systems (BMS) and Power Management Systems (PMS) into the wider construction program.
• Lead the BMS/PMS construction package, including procurement, installation, integration, testing, commissioning, and handover.
• Act as an onsite safety leader and ensure compliance with health and safety requirements through regular audits.
• Coordinate MEP teams, automation specialists, commissioning engineers, subcontractors, vendors, QA, and EHS teams.
• Track labour, materials, subcontractor costs, variations, quality, progress, and design deviations.
• Lead subcontractor and vendor meetings, resolve technical issues, and complete documentation for final acceptance.

Requirements

• Experience as a Construction Manager on large-scale, complex projects, particularly in data centres, industrial facilities, or high-tech buildings.
• Degree or equivalent experience in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of BMS, PMS, and critical infrastructure systems in construction environments.
• Experience managing specialist subcontractors and technology vendors in the BMS/PMS domain.
• Leadership, coordination, problem-solving, scheduling, cost tracking, and quality management skills.
• Knowledge of the full design and construction process from procurement through commissioning and handover.
