Senior Project Manager Industrial Engineering (2 positions)

hirify.global is recruiting project managers to support industrial CAPEX projects for an industrial client in the Kempen region.

What you will do

• Own complex industrial CAPEX projects from concept and feasibility through commissioning and handover.
• Prepare and defend business cases, investment requests, CAPEX estimates, budgets, contingency plans, and change controls.
• Build and maintain integrated baseline schedules in MS Project, including shutdown and tie-in windows.
• Lead engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover activities across operational process-industry sites.
• Steer EPCM/EPC partners, engineering firms, and contractors on scope, progress, quality, cost, claims, and changes.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and act as the accountable point of contact for site management, operations, EHS, and senior stakeholders.

Requirements

• At least 15 years of industrial experience, including at least 10 years as an owner-side Project Manager with end-to-end accountability.
• At least three completed CAPEX projects of €5 million or more in the process industry during the last 10 years.
• Direct experience preparing business cases and investment requests, owning project budgets, and steering at least one EPCM or EPC contractor.
• Engineering background and a master's degree in engineering, or an equivalent level gained through experience.
• Strong hands-on MS Project experience and experience leading multidisciplinary teams, including resource planning.
• Dutch: native or fluent; English: fluent. VCA-VOL certification is mandatory.

Nice to have

• PMP, PRINCE2, or IPMA certification.
