Lead Planning & Scheduling

Location: Onsite in Mons, Belgium

What you will do

• Develop and manage detailed construction-stage project schedules.
• Manage project controls tools, milestones, resources, and completion targets.
• Develop and analyze critical paths and identify schedule variances and corrective actions.
• Lead interactive planning workshops and support project teams from the early stages.
• Provide schedule performance reports and coordinate regularly with project management and clients.
• Contribute to constructability reviews and execute projects through the established quality management system.

Requirements

• 6–10 years of experience in project scheduling for complex projects from design through construction and commissioning.
• Expertise in Primavera P6 and experience scheduling the construction phase.
• Strong knowledge of design and construction sequencing, project logic, and earned value progress.
• Required experience in pharmaceutical projects and all phases of home-office engineering.
• Degree in construction, engineering, science, or a related discipline.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Construction site experience and knowledge of the Last Planner methodology.
• Knowledge of French and/or Dutch.
