What you will do
- Manage bespoke digital products developed internally and by third-party partners across the full product lifecycle.
- Define product vision, strategy, roadmaps, and priorities from ideation through development, testing, deployment, support, measurement, and optimization.
- Prioritize product needs, manage backlogs, champion users, and coordinate delivery across multidisciplinary teams.
- Engage engineering, IT, regulatory, business, and external vendor stakeholders.
- Track product performance and value while supporting regulatory, cybersecurity, and data-governance requirements.
- Help strengthen product management practices, culture, and methods within the organization.
Requirements
- Five or more years of related product management or comparable experience.
- Experience with digital product lifecycle management, including strategy, roadmaps, backlogs, delivery, deployment, and optimization.
- Strong stakeholder and vendor engagement skills across technical, business, regulatory, and external partner groups.
- Clear written and verbal communication, cross-functional leadership, collaboration, analytical judgment, and comfort with ambiguity.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; a high school diploma is required, with equivalent education and related experience considered.
- Background in business, engineering, engineering technology, liberal arts, or a related discipline.
Nice to have
- Experience with electric utility operations and regulated environments, including grid management, transmission planning, asset management, cybersecurity, data governance, or IT/OT integration.
- Agile or Lean experience, vendor management, and financial acumen.
