Service Activation Coordinator

Location: Cyberjaya, Malaysia; hybrid workplace

What you will do

• Manage low-complexity and low-risk service activation projects, from initiation and scheduling through transition and closure.
• Maintain project scopes, schedules, budgets, resource plans, risks, issues, dependencies, and quality requirements.
• Coordinate hirify.global teams, customers, suppliers, and third-party providers through matrix management.
• Monitor project costs, forecasts, risks, and delivery status, escalating deviations and issues when required.
• Prepare project documentation, highlight reports, presentations, and audit records for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support clean sales-to-delivery handovers, customer escalations, governance reviews, and improvements to delivery methodology.

Requirements

• Recent and relevant project management experience and knowledge of the project management lifecycle.
• Experience with ServiceNow, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Planner.
• PRINCE2 Foundation or Practitioner certification.
• Experience managing customers, suppliers, project reporting, risks, resources, and commercial considerations.
• Ability to coordinate, prioritize, meet deadlines, work independently, solve problems, and adapt to changing situations.
• Excellent spoken and written English, with strong communication, influencing, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
