Automation Manager (ERP/AI)

Location: Hybrid work from the Munich, Germany office, ideally two days per week on site; occasional travel to international locations is required.

What you will do

• Analyze business operations systems and processes, identify automation opportunities, and build and implement the solutions.
• Drive AI-based automation for order management and order processing, including ETL pipelines and agentic integrations.
• Coordinate ERP-related digital initiatives, including the migration from Microsoft Navision to Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Develop and maintain APIs and integrations between ERP, Salesforce CRM, and other connected systems.
• Improve data quality through automated validation workflows and support automation rollouts across international entities.
• Support daily operations during peak periods such as half-year and year-end closing.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience automating processes in CRM and ERP environments.
• Understanding of ERP data models, end-to-end ERP processes, APIs, and system integrations.
• Experience using AI tools to improve operational efficiency and familiarity with order processing, contract management, or customer service.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, Azure, or Microsoft Power Platform is advantageous.
• Strong ownership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Fluent German and English at least at C1 level; German knowledge should be native or close to native.
