USAF - Enterprise Requirements Engineer (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Manage the intake, analysis, documentation, communication, and traceability of IT and cybersecurity project requirements.
• Facilitate workshops with mission owners, users, technical teams, and external partners to clarify needs, constraints, risks, and dependencies.
• Translate stakeholder needs into functional, technical, interface, security, and operational requirements aligned with DC3 priorities.
• Coordinate requirements with enterprise architecture, cloud strategy, data strategy, classified and unclassified environments, and external systems.
• Perform gap analyses, technical debt assessments, trade studies, feasibility reviews, and build-versus-buy evaluations.
• Support governance, change control, verification planning, roadmap development, and status reporting with project managers, engineers, and DevSecOps teams.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience gathering, analyzing, documenting, and managing requirements for enterprise IT, cybersecurity, systems engineering, or modernization projects.
• Experience translating business and mission needs into technical requirements and maintaining traceability through implementation and verification.
• Knowledge of enterprise architecture, infrastructure, cloud or hybrid environments, data integration, and cybersecurity requirements.
• Strong analytical, writing, stakeholder facilitation, and communication skills.
