Radar Requirements Analyst (Radar)

What you will do

• Manage requirements for multiple ground sensor systems under development by the Missile Defense Agency.
• Capture technical specifications and maintain requirements databases and system models in DOORS and CAMEO.
• Compare prime item development specifications with government specifications, identify deficiencies, and coordinate resolutions.
• Support technical discussions, briefings, point papers, trace reports, and cross-team requirements activities.
• Provide technical direction for Test Readiness Reviews, Technical Interchange Meetings, and design reviews including PDR, CDR, and FDR.
• Improve requirements management practices and document processes, standards, and techniques.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM or a related field, or equivalent qualifying experience.
• 8+ years of related professional experience.
• Knowledge of Model-Based Systems Engineering environments and SysML, including CAMEO.
• Experience with DOORS and/or DXL or macro scripting.
• Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain and maintain a Department of War security clearance.
• Must be able to travel up to 15% of the time.

Nice to have

• Experience with missile defense, complex DoD programs, radar systems, radar operation, or radar acquisition.
• Knowledge of electronic warfare principles and MDA systems engineering processes.
• Experience reviewing verification results for Prime Item Development Specifications.
• Advanced education and extensive experience working on missile defense or other large-scale DoD programs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
