IT Requirements Manager (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Lead use case identification and prioritization with mission stakeholders.
• Gather, document, and maintain requirements for technology integration pilots.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops, coordination meetings, and leadership alignment activities.
• Translate mission pain points into technology capability requirements, business cases, and value propositions.
• Define measurable objectives and success criteria for technology initiatives.
• Coordinate technical and operational stakeholders, support governance reviews, and produce communications, status reports, briefings, and lessons learned.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship required.
• Active Secret clearance required; TS/SCI preferred.
• Ability to obtain DHS Entry on Duty suitability required.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in IT, cybersecurity operations, systems integration, or related fields.
• Experience with requirements development and documentation, use case development, user story creation, project coordination, and tracking.
• Bachelor’s degree in systems engineering, computer science, cybersecurity, computer engineering, information systems, or a related field; alternatively, a high school diploma with 7–9 years of directly relevant experience.

• Experience supporting federal cybersecurity programs.
• Experience with cloud technologies and services.
• Experience with agile requirements management.
• DoD 8140 IAT Level II certification.
