Sales Planner (Remote)

Annual base salary: $75,000–$85,000 USD

What you will do

• Develop media plans from inception to completion, aligning inventory, KPIs, and product offerings.
• Support Sales, Strategy, and Program Management teams across one or two pod groups.
• Manage client requests throughout the RFP process, including plan changes, budgets, distribution, specifications, and timelines.
• Use internal tools and resources to prepare informative presentations and proposals.
• Become a subject-matter expert in the Order Management System and support feature testing, bug fixes, and critical updates.
• Mentor Sales Planners, support onboarding, coordinate workflow, and lead stretch projects and cross-functional initiatives.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of related experience in digital advertising.
• Previous digital planning experience is required.
• BS or BA degree.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Working knowledge of online proposal systems such as Lineup/Adpoint, DSM, Fat Tail, or Operative is desirable.
• Proficiency with Microsoft and Google office applications and sales or data management tools such as Salesforce is desirable.
