Senior Pharma Recruiter (French/English)

Location: Hybrid role at 7070 Mississauga Rd, Mississauga, Ontario, Canada

What you will do

• Lead intake meetings with hiring managers to define position requirements and provide market recommendations.
• Develop and manage recruitment marketing, sourcing, and talent pipeline strategies with internal stakeholders.
• Evaluate candidates, present strong shortlists, and maintain candidate engagement throughout the recruitment process.
• Partner with hiring leaders on offer details using market data and compensation guidelines.
• Mentor recruiters and other team members while supporting end-to-end recruitment across Canada.

Requirements

• 7+ years of talent acquisition or recruiting experience, including end-to-end recruitment across multiple business areas in Canada.
• Fluent French and English bilingual communication.
• Strategic thinking, strong stakeholder management, organization, multitasking, and consultative business partnership skills.
• Experience in a large global matrixed organization is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems, social media recruiting tools, and talent acquisition metrics.

Nice to have

• Experience in life sciences or pharmaceutical recruiting.
• Recruiting experience in a corporate, RPO, or agency setting.
