We are looking for recruiters to hire the people behind humanoid robots. We're supporting a robotics company that builds humanoid robots for industry. In just two years, their robots have already worked on real production lines at major European manufacturers, and the company recently closed a $150M+ Series A at a valuation above $1B. The Talent team is growing and hiring across three streams: Technical Recruiter, Senior Executive Recruiter, Operations Recruiter.

Обязанности
- Hire engineers who build the robot: robot AI (VLA), manipulation, hardware and software
- Map the landscape yourself and reach people directly
- Bring in leaders for the company's next stage, with roles across the CEO Office such as Head of Delivery
- Build the teams that turn a robot into a business: manufacturing, supply chain, finance, sales, IT and security

Требования
- right to work in the UK

Будет плюсом
- Experience closing Director and VP roles in executive search or in-house
