Facility Coordinator

Location: Glendale, California, United States; full-time on-site at an hirify.global-designated worksite

Salary: $30.00–$35.00 per hour

What you will do

• Support the Engineering and Facility Operations teams with building systems, mechanical equipment, infrastructure, grounds, and FF&E maintenance.
• Perform lighting, plumbing, HVAC-support, door, lock, flooring, furniture, painting, staining, and carpentry repairs.
• Conduct site inspections, record utility meter readings, and complete work orders through the CMMS and mobile platform.
• Respond to service requests and emergencies, escort vendors, and coordinate contracted services.
• Support emergency preparedness drills, event setups, debris removal, rain preparation, cleaning, and storeroom inventory.
• Partner with departments to address safety and compliance requirements, including OSHA and ADA standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of facilities or related trades experience.
• Demonstrated proficiency with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building automation systems.
• Valid state Class C driver’s license and ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Strong written and verbal communication, professional composure under pressure, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and new software.
• Ability to work full-time on-site, with flexible hours and travel as needed.
