What you will do

• Design, develop, and implement software solutions aligned with project requirements and business objectives.
• Transform proven legacy products into modern cloud and web-based customer experiences.
• Embed AI-enabled capabilities where they provide meaningful customer value.
• Build scalable, maintainable systems using established coding standards, design patterns, and engineering practices.
• Collaborate with product management, architecture, quality assurance, engineering, and domain teams.
• Test, debug, and resolve complex application issues affecting functionality, reliability, and performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of software development experience focused on complex software systems.
• Experience leading software development projects from concept through delivery.
• Expertise in at least one programming language and development framework.
• Strong understanding of software development principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, leadership, and mentoring skills.
