What you will do

• Design, build, and deploy AI-powered tools and workflow automations for hirify.global Research.
• Integrate SharePoint, Teams, CRM, publishing platforms, and other enterprise systems with AI capabilities.
• Develop rapid prototypes and minimum viable products for validating business solutions.
• Translate operational problems into technical requirements and contribute to sprint planning, estimation, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with Research, Publishing Operations, AI & Data Analytics, Finance, and Technology & Operations teams.
• Document architectures and integrations, maintain deployed tools, and improve delivery practices.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of software development experience, with increasing focus on AI and automation tooling in an enterprise environment.
• Strong proficiency with dataflow programming or frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Caffe, MXNet, or Cognitive Toolkit, plus experience with Python, Java, C++, Go, or equivalent languages.
• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs, prompt engineering, RAG architectures, function calling, and agent frameworks.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Automate, n8n, Zapier, or equivalent platforms and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including SharePoint, Teams, and Power Platform.
• Ability to translate ambiguous business problems into technical requirements and communicate technical trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, iterative environment where requirements evolve and delivery speed matters.

Nice to have

• Experience with vector databases, embeddings, and enterprise knowledge management or search applications.
• Familiarity with MLOps, containerization, cloud deployment, and production monitoring.
• Experience in publishing, media, information services, or other content-driven industries.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent data visualization and dashboard tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
