Lead Technology Specialist (AI)

Location: Onsite five days a week in Irving, Texas or Mossville, Illinois. Domestic relocation assistance is available. The role requires up to 25% travel.

Salary: $128,470–$208,770 per year.

What you will do

• Define strategic goals for in-cab experiences and AI Assist features.
• Develop and manage multi-generational product plans aligned with business objectives.
• Establish product line priorities, manage investments, and define product capabilities.
• Analyze market conditions, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to inform strategy.
• Define success metrics and track product performance against objectives.
• Align commercial, strategy, engineering, and new product introduction stakeholders while guiding product roadmap execution.

Requirements

• Experience translating customer needs into product roadmaps and business strategies.
• Cross-functional experience across engineering, commercial, and strategy functions.
• Experience developing product requirements and understanding product positioning.
• Knowledge of competitive environments, customers, organizational leadership, and strategic thinking.
• Bachelor’s degree in technology, engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
