Blending Coordinator (Petroleum)

What you will do

• Coordinate blending activities across sites in Antwerp, Rotterdam, and Amsterdam.
• Maintain regular telephone contact with customers and build professional relationships.
• Process and plan incoming customer orders and translate them into work instructions for surveyors and laboratory staff.
• Support the correct execution of operational activities and verify outgoing customer reports and invoices.
• Lead onboarding for new customers and the launch of new assignments.
• Collaborate with sales, inspection, laboratory, and other petroleum division departments.

Requirements

• Background in the petroleum industry or relevant professional experience in blending.
• Strong responsibility, customer focus, prioritization, initiative, and problem-solving skills.
• Dynamic, driven, flexible, and service-oriented approach.
• Strong self-confidence and excellent communication skills.
• Perfect command of English required.
