Transportation Analyst (Supply Chain)

What you will do

• Plan and execute international transportation of finished products from EAME production locations to dealers and customers worldwide.
• Manage performance metrics covering transportation velocity, cost, data quality, and CO2 emissions.
• Plan short- and long-term transportation capacity based on production volumes in collaboration with plants, supply chain partners, and ocean carriers.
• Use analytics systems, business intelligence dashboards, and stakeholder insights to identify improvement opportunities.
• Act as a regional super user for Analytics, Blue Yonder, and connected systems, supporting automation and technology adoption.
• Lead continuous improvement, process standardization, and analytics transformation initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least five years of relevant experience in international transportation, including ocean, road, and/or air freight.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
• Experience or affinity with transportation systems, business intelligence, customer relationship management, Power BI, Salesforce, and Blue Yonder.
• Proficient English required. Additional languages are considered a plus.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Outlook.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma.
• Experience with Visio, Power Automate, or advanced Power BI.
• Knowledge of additional languages.
