Project Manager - EVO ERP Systems

What you will do

• Deliver tax, legal, and statutory projects on the EVO ERP system as part of a finance transformation programme.
• Lead business transformation and technology implementation projects, managing budget, timelines, quality, and delivery criteria.
• Partner with systems integrators, Group functions, local market teams, Finance, HR, Supply Chain, and central IT teams.
• Establish project governance, decision-making processes, planning, tracking, change control, risk management, and escalation paths.
• Manage stakeholder expectations, resolve delivery issues, and coordinate mitigation actions across local and multicultural teams.
• Identify and implement technology, automation, and AI opportunities that improve operational efficiency and business outcomes.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of IT project management experience.
• At least 5 years of recent telecommunications experience.
• Three-year diploma or bachelor's degree in IT or a related field, plus Matric.
• Certified project management skills such as PRINCE2, PMI, or Agile, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with ERP platforms and complex billing systems or data warehouse deployments, ideally with shared service centre integration.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, presentation, decision-making, problem-solving, and conflict-management skills in multicultural environments.
