What you will do

• Plan and govern complex engineering projects by defining scope, schedules, budgets, resources, and contractual milestones.
• Drive delivery across multidisciplinary engineering teams, procurement activities, and technical reviews.
• Manage project costs, schedules, quality, risks, issues, and stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate engineering, systems, quality assurance, and supplier activities to ensure compliant technical outputs.
• Lead project handover and closure, including technical and financial reviews, lessons learned, and closure reporting.

Requirements

• Minimum diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering; a bachelor's degree in Engineering or an equivalent qualification is preferred.
• At least 6 years of project management experience and formal project management training.
• Experience developing, integrating, and evaluating complex multidisciplinary systems.
• Proven team leadership, stakeholder management, and project risk management experience.
• Knowledge of PRINCE2, PMBOK, Agile, project planning, governance, cost control, procurement, reporting, and technical documentation management.
