Snr Quality Review Specialist (Clinical Data Management)

What you will do

• Lead data management operations for global clinical trials and central laboratory studies.
• Provide leadership to clinical data management and operations teams.
• Manage project timelines, quality issues, resources, scope of work, and budgets.
• Lead customer negotiations on complex timelines, budgets, and related project matters.
• Oversee delivery across the full clinical data management lifecycle and maintain quality control procedures.
• Support process improvement, technology implementation, expert reviews, conferences, and professional publications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in clinical, biological, or mathematical sciences, a related field, or a nursing qualification.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience managing multiple projects through the full data management study lifecycle.
• Experience with large clinical trials involving more than 1,000 patients and customer negotiations, including bid defense meetings.
• Thorough knowledge of clinical data management processes, operating procedures, and working instructions.
• Experience with specialized data management skills such as therapeutic data, SAE reconciliation, central laboratories, or new technology.
• Strong organizational, communication, relationship-building, and expert data management skills.
