TL;DR
Senior Manager, Content Delivery (Online Education): Managing end-to-end course implementation and operational delivery for executive education presentations across global university partners with an accent on LMS configuration, cohort management, and quality assurance. Focus on integrating educational technology tools, stabilizing learner groups, resolving platform escalations, and improving delivery workflows with AI-assisted processes.

What you will do
- Lead end-to-end course presentation setup, environment cloning, curriculum synchronization, module releases, access gates, and cohort calendars.
- Configure gradebook algorithms, weighted evaluations, certification workflows, custom LTIs, and third-party education technology integrations.
- Oversee cohort balancing, automated learner enrollment, late-enrollment workflows, group assignments, discussion threads, and post-launch stabilization.
- Establish quality assurance gates, audit production environments, and validate learner visibility, permissions, and forum content before launch.
- Manage delivery risks, platform escalations, vendor engagement, and multidisciplinary content and technical delivery teams.
- Drive process improvements, AI-assisted workflows, SLA tracking, performance metrics, and executive reporting.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in online education operations, educational technology, or complex technical service delivery.
- 3+ years of experience in a management capacity.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Education, or a related field.
- Technical proficiency in learning management systems, automated data pipelines, gradebook architecture, and LTI integrations.
- Experience with project management, SLA governance, process optimization, and senior stakeholder management in global higher education.
