Paralegal (M&A)

Location: Irving, Texas, United States; onsite. International and domestic travel up to 5%.

Salary: $81,370–$122,060 per year.

What you will do

• Support M&A attorneys and Corporate Development clients across acquisitions, divestments, joint ventures, and venture capital transactions.
• Coordinate and manage the legal due diligence process throughout transactions.
• Manage multiple concurrent tasks and timelines across transaction activities.
• Organize and lead meetings across time zones, including meetings with 50 or more attendees.
• Build and enhance process improvement initiatives and maintain and present training materials across the enterprise.

Requirements

• Four-year university or college degree and 8+ years of job-related experience.
• Paralegal Certificate, unless holding a two-year degree in Paralegal Studies.
• Strong accuracy, attention to detail, confidentiality, decision-making, and critical-thinking skills.
• Experience managing multiple priorities and maintaining secure, organized business information.
• Knowledge of legal analysis methods and tools, with the ability to interpret legal and factual information accurately.
