Senior Technical Program Manager (Infrastructure)

What you will do

• Lead strategic, multi-quarter infrastructure efficiency and engineering reliability initiatives from conception through execution.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Infrastructure, Capacity, Data, Finance, Operations, and Security teams to establish goals, metrics, roadmaps, and decision frameworks.
• Maintain program plans, dependency maps, executive status reports, dashboards, runbooks, and execution cadences.
• Establish fleet-wide reporting for CPU, bandwidth, memory, storage I/O, and requests per second to support capacity planning and cost efficiency.
• Lead end-to-end chaos engineering programs, including test planning, production resilience testing, readiness reviews, remediation tracking, and results publication.
• Build automations and AI agents for routine program administration with human review of AI output.

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical program management experience, preferably in infrastructure, reliability, performance, data platforms, distributed systems, or large-scale engineering environments.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Technical fluency with infrastructure systems, telemetry and observability, SLOs and SLIs, capacity planning, data pipelines, traffic management, progressive rollouts, or blast-radius reduction.
• Experience defining technical vision, representing internal customer workflows, prioritizing requirements, managing dependencies, and measuring outcomes with Product and Engineering teams.
• Experience working across multiple time zones and cross-functional teams, with strong communication skills for both engineering and executive audiences.
• Proficiency with Confluence, Jira, dashboards, project planning tools, and Agile, Waterfall, Kaizen, Scrum, or hybrid delivery methodologies.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience using AI productivity tools and development platforms to automate program administration.
• Experience with infrastructure efficiency, reliability engineering, chaos engineering, capacity planning, or distributed systems.
