Infrastructure Technical Program Manager (AI)

Location: Los Angeles, California, United States; on-site. Willingness to travel is required for site walks and newly established locations. Applicants must be U.S. citizens or nationals, lawful permanent residents, protected individuals, or eligible to obtain the required ITAR authorizations.

What you will do

• Own infrastructure programs spanning capacity, reliability, identity and access, builder tools, and corporate IT.
• Manage capacity forecasting, hardware ordering, and provisioning across factories, offices, and engineering.
• Mature incident management, root-cause analysis reviews, and company-wide action-item tracking.
• Drive adoption of tools that support AI-assisted software design, development, review, and delivery.
• Own account, access, and device lifecycles as headcount and operating sites expand.
• Help define the TPM function while influencing teams and partners without direct authority.

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical program management experience, including ownership of infrastructure programs at domain scale.
• Hands-on experience with hardware procurement and provisioning, and with end-to-end 0-to-1 program delivery.
• Strong written communication, with an ability to work through asynchronous updates and influence across functions.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Technical fluency in areas such as Kubernetes, networking, and pipelines.
• U.S. work authorization or eligibility for the ITAR authorizations required for the role.

Nice to have

• Experience in aerospace, defense, automotive, semiconductor, or other regulated, high-precision manufacturing environments.
• Experience using AI to improve personal and stakeholder productivity.
• Comfort operating in ambiguous environments with minimal direction and balancing long-term planning with strategic changes.
