Marketing Placement Student (AI/SaaS)

Location: London, United Kingdom; 12-month placement based at the EMEA headquarters. Work from the assigned office a minimum of 3 days per week.

What you will do

• Support regional marketing campaigns across DACH, Northern Europe, France, and wider EMEA markets.
• Plan, execute, and follow up on flagship internal and third-party events, including hirify.globalWorks and CIOWorks Europe.
• Coordinate joint marketing campaigns and lead generation with strategic ecosystem partners.
• Support digital media and performance campaigns, including ad creative, tracking setup, and performance analysis.
• Manage the EMEA social media advocacy program and coordinate landing pages, email campaigns, and webinars.
• Collaborate cross-functionally on creative ideas, campaign execution, and marketing operations while using AI to support faster, smarter decisions.

Requirements

• Currently studying Marketing, Business, or a related subject on a recognized university placement or sandwich degree course, returning to complete the final year in autumn 2029.
• Unrestricted right to work in the UK for the full 12-month placement.
• Professional working proficiency in German in addition to English.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for collaboration with regional and international teams.
• Creative, proactive, curious, and adaptable approach to fast-paced marketing work.
• Strong organization, prioritization, attention to detail, and deadline management skills.
