Strategy Executive (EMEA)

Location: London, UK (hybrid). The WFA policy allows working from abroad for up to 4 weeks per year.

What you will do

• Support insight-led strategies that define how brands appear across the digital landscape.
• Create, edit, and maintain client reports and PowerPoint presentations.
• Conduct research with Profound, YouScan, and desk research to inform recommendations.
• Monitor digital, cultural, media, and category trends to identify opportunities for clients.
• Prepare materials for client meetings and pitches, including regular trend reports and social posts.
• Collaborate with AI search, content, social, influencer, creative, and account teams across a range of clients and sectors.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in strategy, planning, research, or insights, ideally in an agency.
• Interest in the evolving AI search landscape and how brands are discovered.
• Strong PowerPoint skills and the ability to create clear, structured, visually strong reports and presentations.
• Understanding of digital, social, search, and content channels and how they work together.
• Ability to use data to support recommendations without needing specialist analyst expertise.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organisation, curiosity, proactivity, and willingness to learn.
