Engineering Manager, Fan Experience (AI)

What you will do

• Lead a Fan Experience team building ticket discovery, decision-making, and purchasing features across web and mobile.
• Write and review code alongside full-stack and front-end engineers in a hands-on management role.
• Set engineering standards for frontier models, AI coding agents, harnesses, and modern tooling used to generate, review, test, and monitor code.
• Own the engineering roadmap and execution plan while balancing delivery speed, quality, system architecture, and technical debt.
• Partner closely with Product and Design on product direction, experimentation, risk mitigation, and business outcomes.
• Mentor engineers, support hiring and performance standards, and provide technical leadership across teams.

Requirements

• Hands-on engineering management experience with meaningful people-management experience, typically including 5+ years in engineering and several years as a manager.
• Direct experience using frontier models, AI coding agents or harnesses, and modern engineering tooling to improve velocity and quality.
• Experience shipping consumer-facing product features with measurable business impact.
• Experience leading full-stack and/or front-end teams responsible for web and mobile products, backend services, and APIs.
• Strong understanding of modern front-end stacks such as React and React Native, backend services, APIs, and full-stack architecture.
• Experience with SQL or analytics, feature flags, A/B testing, rapid experimentation, and data-driven prioritization.

• Experience with consumer marketplaces or high-intent, high-conversion consumer applications.
• Experience building or championing internal tooling and platform investments that improve team velocity over time.
