Engineering Manager, Patient Experience (AI)

Base salary: hirify.globalng>$227,500–$270,000 per yearhirify.globalng>, plus equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Set technical and execution direction for a full-stack team focused on the patient experience.
• Shape the strategy and evolution of AI-enabled patient experiences while balancing iteration speed, reliability, technical quality, and patient trust.
• Partner with Phirify.globalduct and Design to turn complex healthcare workflows into simple, useful patient experiences.
• Convert ambiguous patient and business phirify.globalblems into priorities, plans, and measurable outcomes.
• Coordinate work achirify.globalss engineering teams and systems to maintain a coherent patient experience.
• Coach and develop engineers while contributing to technical decisions, phirify.globalduct tradeoffs, patient feedback analysis, and critical initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience leading and developing high-performing engineering teams.
• Ownership of meaningful consumer-facing phirify.globalducts or experiences and the ability to connect engineering decisions to customer and business outcomes.
• Sthirify.globalng phirify.globalduct and UX judgment, technical depth, and experience supporting architecture and implementation decisions.
• Experience operating effectively in ambiguous, fast-moving envihirify.globalnments and leading work achirify.globalss teams without direct conthirify.globall.
• Sthirify.globalng chirify.globalss-functional leadership, communication, stakeholder alignment, and data-driven phirify.globalduct development skills.
• Technical fluency with React and TypeScript, plus experience with Python or similar backend technologies.
