Senior Software Engineer - Product Platform

Location: Poland; salary range specified for Warsaw. Candidates must have legal authorization to work in Poland on the first day of employment. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Base salary: 310,000–372,000 PLN annually.

What you will do

• Architect, implement, test, and maintain engineering solutions for complex problems.
• Deliver high-value projects independently from design through production.
• Collaborate with product managers on requirements, feasibility, and user feedback.
• Document software functionality, system designs, and project plans.
• Debug and troubleshoot issues across the application stack.
• Coordinate technical dependencies with engineers and stakeholders while mentoring junior engineers.

Requirements

• Extensive software engineering experience and a record of leading technical initiatives from design through delivery.
• Experience influencing architecture and contributing to complex distributed systems.
• Understanding of REST and service-based architecture.
• Experience with object-oriented programming.
• Experience building services with Java, SQL, and AWS.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and learning abilities.
