IT Systems Administrator (AI)

What you will do

• Administer the SaaS stack, including maintenance, configuration changes, licenses, LangSmith, and identity permissions across Google Workspace, Slack, GitHub, Zoom, and Microsoft 365.
• Develop scripts, integrations, reusable workflows, API connections, and event-driven automations to reduce manual work.
• Manage Okta, SSO, SCIM provisioning, group rules, RBAC, employee lifecycle processes, application provisioning, and access reviews.
• Administer the macOS MDM platform Iru, including policy enforcement, patching, zero-touch deployment, desktop configuration, and hardware lifecycle automation.
• Provide hands-on troubleshooting for hardware, software, networking, and SaaS tools for employees in the office and remotely.
• Build and maintain the tools, playbooks, and knowledge base for an AI ITSM agent, while documenting recurring issues and automation opportunities.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in IT systems administration or IT engineering, ideally in a fast-growing startup.
• Experience administering a broad SaaS stack, including Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, and AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT.
• Hands-on Okta administration experience with SSO, SCIM provisioning, and Okta Workflows.
• Comfort with REST APIs, webhooks, and API authentication methods.
• Experience using coding agents such as Claude Code, a macOS MDM platform, and endpoint security tooling.
• Solid networking fundamentals covering TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and wireless, along with clear and patient communication.
