Location: Brize Norton, Carterton, Oxfordshire, UK; onsite work supporting UK Ministry of Defence establishments

What you will do
- Collect and analyse maintenance, operational, and defect data across A400M airframe, avionics, and propulsion systems.
- Identify reliability trends, emerging technical issues, recurring defects, and component failures.
- Lead root cause investigations and develop permanent engineering solutions.
- Recommend and implement updates to the approved A400M maintenance program to improve fleet availability and reduce direct maintenance costs.
- Produce reliability reports, KPIs, and action plans for , the UK Ministry of Defence, and the RAF.
- Collaborate with technicians, central engineering in Spain and France, OEMs, and on-site maintenance teams.
Requirements
- Must have or be able to obtain security clearance eligibility to access UK Ministry of Defence establishments.
- Must be able to work within ITAR and export control restrictions.
- Experience in aviation maintenance, continuing airworthiness, or reliability engineering.
- Experience supporting the A400M or a similar heavy military transport aircraft.
- Knowledge of Part-M, Part-145, and UK Military Aviation Authority regulations, including MRP 145 and CAMO.
- Strong data analytics and MS Office or Google Workspace skills; experience with aviation maintenance software such as AMOS or SAP.
