Regional Perfo & Transformation Manager (Aviation Aftermarket)

Location: Copenhagen, Denmark; hybrid schedule with up to 2 remote days per week. Approximately 30% domestic and international travel is expected.

What you will do

• Lead the regional commercial project portfolio, including financial impact tracking and performance metrics.
• Drive transformation projects using LBIP and Agile methodologies.
• Execute the regional Airbus Operating System roadmap in alignment with ASCX and the Regional Managing Director.
• Connect regional commercial teams with central teams responsible for processes, performance, data analytics, and automation.
• Represent ASCX in the Regional Customer Satisfaction Review Board and other commercial forums.
• Promote commercial excellence, creativity, and continuous improvement by addressing systemic operational irritants.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of experience leading cross-functional, regional, and global continuous improvement or transformation projects in complex environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
• Excellent written and spoken English required.
• Strong communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and influencing skills, including leadership without direct authority.
• Availability for approximately 30% domestic and international travel and work in the Copenhagen office with a hybrid schedule.

Nice to have

• Experience with aviation aftermarket commercial operations.
• Certifications or practical knowledge in Six Sigma, Lean, or other process improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency in a secondary language relevant to the assigned region.
