ERP Solution Manager (SAP)

Location: Broughton, United Kingdom; some travel within the UK and internationally

hirify.global is transforming its aerospace production through a large-scale digital and ERP ecosystem overhaul.

What you will do

• Support the UK integration within the ERP environment and help finalize the Assembly project planned to enter service in 2027.
• Lead workshops translating shop-floor needs into end-to-end supply chain and demand processes.
• Provide SAP content authority within multifunctional teams and enforce a fit-to-standard approach.
• Translate complex SAP architecture and logic into clear visualizations for senior stakeholders.
• Redesign end-to-end operational flows supporting aircraft production ramp-up.
• Coordinate with Information Management and site operations on SAP standards, business value, and legacy-system decommissioning.

Requirements

• Eligibility to gain UK SC Security Clearance.
• Experience in complex, highly regulated industries such as aerospace, automotive, or defense.
• Advanced knowledge of SAP ERP modules, ideally SAP S/4HANA, and experience with ERP deployment.
• Experience with SAFe/Agile methodologies and significant change management initiatives.
• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Manufacturing Engineering, or Logistics.
• Fluent English and willingness to travel approximately 20%.

Nice to have

• German and/or French language skills.
• Experience with procurement, supply chain, logistics, plant maintenance, or legacy-system decommissioning.
