Business Central Team Lead (Dynamics 365 BC/NAV)

Location: Fully remote within the United Kingdom

Salary: £80,000–£85,000 per annum, dependent on experience

What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of Dynamics 365 Business Central and NAV consultants.
• Oversee Business Central implementations, upgrades, and transformation projects across multiple customers.
• Remain hands-on with requirements gathering, workshops, solution design, configuration, and user acceptance testing.
• Work directly with customers to understand business requirements and deliver effective Business Central solutions.
• Manage project workloads, priorities, and resources across customer projects.
• Collaborate with developers, project managers, and consultants while supporting the growth of the Business Central practice.

Requirements

• Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Previous experience as a Team Lead, Lead Consultant, or Senior Functional Consultant.
• Experience delivering Business Central implementations and upgrades within a Microsoft Partner environment.
• Strong functional knowledge of Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Warehousing, and Supply Chain.
• Experience leading and mentoring Business Central consultants.
• Confidence managing customer relationships and working with senior stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
