ERP Integration Manager (SAP S/4HANA)

Location: Belfast, United Kingdom. Some travel within the UK and internationally is required.

What you will do

• Lead the integration of newly acquired Belfast activities into the hirify.global ERP environment.
• Drive the transition of legacy operational activities to the S/4HANA-based ERP architecture.
• Run workshops translating shop-floor needs into end-to-end supply chain and demand processes.
• Provide governance within multifunctional teams and align SAP developments with the fit-to-standard approach.
• Convert complex SAP logic into clear business-driven visualizations for senior stakeholders.
• Manage epics, roadblocks, governance, and operational delivery across cross-functional ERP deployments.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Manufacturing Engineering, Logistics, or a related discipline.
• At least 8 years of experience in complex, highly regulated industries such as aerospace, automotive, or defense, including management or project management responsibility.
• Advanced knowledge of SAP modules, ideally SAP S/4HANA.
• Experience with SAFe or Agile methodologies and significant change management initiatives.
• Ability to work across operations, Information Management, and multifunctional teams to balance system standards with business value.
