Functional Consultant (PROS Smart CPQ)

hirify.global is investing in a new internal technology strategy and transforming its Internal Technology Team to support major technology initiatives.

What you will do

• Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams for PROS Smart CPQ solutions.
• Engage stakeholders, facilitate discovery workshops, and map sales and quoting processes.
• Gather, document, and prioritise requirements, translating them into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
• Support backlog creation and refinement with Product Owners in a cross-functional Agile squad.
• Map end-to-end Lead-to-Quote and Quote-to-Order journeys across PROS Smart CPQ, Dynamics 365, Dataverse, and enterprise services.
• Work with functional consultants, developers, architects, QA engineers, and integration specialists to clarify ownership, dependencies, and data requirements.

Requirements

• Experience implementing or configuring enterprise CPQ solutions, ideally PROS Smart CPQ.
• Strong understanding of product catalogues, guided selling, product configuration, pricing, discounting, approvals, quoting, and document generation.
• Ability to translate complex commercial and sales processes into scalable platform-based functional designs.
• Understanding of data and process boundaries between CPQ, CRM, and downstream enterprise platforms.
• Ability to work collaboratively within an Agile, cross-functional technology squad.
