Mid or Senior Level Network Engineer (Top Secret)

Salary: $77.75–$110.00 per hour

What you will do

• Support and maintain ITP network infrastructure, including upgrades and system recapitalization.
• Oversee the High Speed Guard cross-domain solution for data transfer between multiple classification domains.
• Document configuration baselines and support network infrastructure audits.
• Design recapitalization plans to accommodate capacity growth and customer-directed changes.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for enterprise network infrastructure and operations.

Requirements

• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility is required.
• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of relevant experience, or a master’s degree with 6+ years of relevant experience.
• CCNP certification.
• Experience deploying and managing LAN and WAN switches, firewalls, Cisco platforms, Cisco Firepower, and ASA.
• Knowledge of defense-in-depth principles, network security architecture, incident response, firewall policy optimization, and ATO reviews.
• Experience with SolarWinds, WhatsUp Gold, NetQoS, NetBrain, VMware, Linux, Microsoft Server, and Active Directory.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in IT Management, Engineering, or a related field.
