What you will do

• Perform sample preparation, testing, dilutions, extractions, calculations, and analysis according to SOPs.
• Review, certify, and release final test results, including quality control and chain-of-custody documentation.
• Set up, maintain, troubleshoot, and procure laboratory instruments and testing equipment.
• Use LIMS and Analyst Software for advanced data review, work-list preparation, job assignments, and IT troubleshooting.
• Train Laboratory Scientist I and II personnel and new employees on laboratory methods and techniques.
• Support workflow, turnaround time, SOP creation, inventory control, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Onsite work in Horsham, Pennsylvania, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, 40 hours per week.
• Bachelor’s degree in natural sciences or medical technology.
• At least three years of laboratory experience.
• Experience with laboratory testing, quality control, documentation, and regulated procedures.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds, with potential physical capability screening.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree.
• Membership in a relevant professional organization.
