Project HSE Manager (Offshore)

Location: Paris or Pau, France; residential, 5 days per week

hirify.global is recruiting for a global multi-energy company operating large-scale refining and petrochemical facilities and delivering the Venus deep offshore project.

What you will do

• Support the Project H3SEQ Manager in implementing the Project HSE Management System.
• Improve HSE processes to support safe and environmentally responsible project execution.
• Develop a strong safety and environmental culture across the project team.
• Drive project teams and contractors toward high-level HSE performance.
• Manage HSE reporting and follow up on key performance indicators.

Requirements

• Master's degree or equivalent.
• 10–20 years of professional experience.
• Experience with deep water offshore projects.
• High-level HSE performance experience.
• Professional English required.
