What you will do
- Lead the high-volume UGG outlet store and manage the store leadership team.
- Set and execute commercial strategies to grow comparable store sales, profitability, and business performance.
- Oversee store operations, policies, legal compliance, labour, payroll, and controllable expenses.
- Drive premium customer service, loyalty initiatives, retention strategies, and operational excellence.
- Develop talent, succession plans, recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies.
- Partner with the District Manager and cross-functional Retail, PX, Marketing, VM, Merchandising, and Operations teams.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Store Manager, Multi-site Manager, or Area Manager in retail.
- Experience training and developing teams.
- Fluency in French and English is required.
- Leadership, communication, organization, resource coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related applications.
- Agility and flexibility to meet business needs during peak periods.
