Sr Project Manager (Current Military Fellows Only) (Aerospace)

What you will do

• Manage high-risk, high-complexity projects from initiation through design, execution, delivery, and closeout.
• Develop and execute project plans, schedules, budgets, deliverables, and resource plans.
• Track milestones, budgets, and performance indicators while preparing project status reports.
• Coordinate with internal and external customers, field-based employees, direct reports, and support staff.
• Manage project scope, accommodate changes, and support successful execution across the full project lifecycle.
• Travel as required and work at a computer for extended periods.

Requirements

• Current/active Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility is required.
• U.S. citizenship is required for employment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with high-risk, complex project management, resource planning, scope control, and risk management.
• Familiarity with government contracting and regulations, Earned Value Management, ISO 9001, AS9100, and CMMI standards.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment balancing office and remote work.

Nice to have

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Knowledge of Kaizen and Lean Manufacturing principles.
