Project Integrator Specialist Senior (Aerospace)

What you will do

• Integrate multiple moderate-sized projects or portions of major projects independently.
• Manage complex projects and activities related to experimental flight testing.
• Establish and control project scope, schedules, budgets, priorities, and resource allocation.
• Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with technical experts, business leaders, suppliers, and customer representatives.
• Identify project risks, lead mitigation planning, and coordinate safety and security processes addressing potential product deficiencies.
• Prepare project visibility, budget, resource, and status reports for organizational leadership.

Requirements

• Typically 11 or more years of project management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in project management, supply chain management, or a related field.
• Advanced oral and written communication skills.
• Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Project.
• Strong organizational, time-management, leadership, prioritization, accuracy, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Engineering education and experience in flight test development and certification are preferred.
