Program Master Scheduler

Location: Hollister, CA, United States. US citizenship or qualifying U.S. person status is required due to U.S. Government contractual and export control requirements.

Salary: $81,500–$151,300 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus.

What you will do

• Integrate program plans and schedules across finance, engineering, procurement, operations, manufacturing, and quality.
• Develop, validate, maintain, and baseline integrated master schedules for assigned programs.
• Perform schedule health checks, critical-path analysis, resource tracking, variance analysis, and schedule-quality reporting.
• Prepare schedule analysis reports covering milestones, slack trends, resource management, and top-level program summaries.
• Support work breakdown structures, control-account planning, baseline reviews, schedule resource analyses, and program team assignments.
• Develop earned-value analyses and reports, support corrective actions, and provide scheduling guidance and training to project teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• At least 4 years of experience in a related role or function.
• Strong expertise with MS Project, including integrating multiple resource-loaded schedules into a master schedule.
• Proficiency with MS Office and MS Teams, including data-driven variance analysis and resource tracking.
• Experience with program schedule forecasting and analysis, preferably in a United States Department of Defense program environment.
• Must meet U.S. citizenship, U.S. person, or applicable U.S. Government export authorization requirements.

• PMI Scheduling Professional or PMI Project Management Professional certification.
