Hook-up & Brownfield Manager

Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, initially at the Client's or Contractor's office and potentially later at an offshore site

What you will do

• Lead planning, coordination, and execution oversight for offshore hook-up and brownfield modification activities.
• Manage integration of new facilities with existing offshore platforms, including tie-ins, shutdowns, turnarounds, and SIMOPS.
• Coordinate structural, piping, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, telecom, construction, commissioning, and operations interfaces.
• Review contractor methodologies, work packs, installation procedures, schedules, resource requirements, and constructability.
• Monitor EPC contractor and subcontractor performance, progress, risks, constraints, and compliance with project requirements.
• Coordinate mechanical completion, system handover, punch-list closure, readiness reviews, and lessons learned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, structural, civil, offshore engineering, or an equivalent discipline.
• Strong experience in offshore oil and gas projects, especially brownfield modifications and hook-up activities.
• Experience in a managerial or senior leadership role overseeing offshore construction and brownfield execution.
• Experience with offshore platforms, operating facilities, greenfield-to-brownfield integration, tie-ins, SIMOPS, and shutdown planning.
• Strong knowledge of offshore construction methodology, work-pack planning, constructability reviews, commissioning interfaces, HSE, and permit-to-work requirements.
• Ability to manage contractors, multidisciplinary interfaces, schedules, resources, risks, and client stakeholders.

Nice to have

• ADNOC or ADNOC Offshore project experience.
• PMC/PMT and major EPC project experience.
