Technical Project Manager (Data Analytics)

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates; hybrid. The role includes travel within the UAE and across the Gulf region for business needs and client engagements.

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end delivery of implementation projects, controlling scope, timelines, costs, quality, risks, and issues.
• Drive project outcomes that maximize value for clients.
• Manage commercial and financial aspects, including professional services contracts using Time and Materials and Fixed Price models.
• Coach and mentor technical delivery teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Develop stakeholder management strategies across clients, hirify.global leadership, and delivery partners.
• Work autonomously while coordinating support across the wider organization when needed.

Requirements

• Strong track record of delivering complex projects with successful outcomes and demonstrated leadership.
• Expertise in Agile and other project methodologies, including applying them across multiple teams and functions.
• Experience managing stakeholders in consultancy, professional services, supplier, or client-side environments.
• Experience delivering large, complex, data-driven projects through the full software lifecycle.
• Strong technical communication, analytical, problem-solving, critical-thinking, and delivery-planning skills.
• Fluent or native-level Arabic is mandatory. Comfortable traveling within the UAE and across the Gulf region.

• Experience with complex data-oriented projects for financial services, government, or telecommunications clients.
