Scrum Master (Agile Delivery)

hirify.global is recruiting for a Scrum Master role supporting technology initiatives in a complex retail and distribution environment.

What you will do

• Facilitate sprint planning, Daily Scrums, reviews, retrospectives, refinement sessions, and other Agile forums.
• Guide teams in applying Scrum, SAFe, and complementary Agile practices, including support for PI Planning.
• Track delivery progress, milestones, dependencies, risks, impediments, decisions, and commitments across multiple workstreams.
• Coordinate Product, Architecture, Engineering, Quality Assurance, and business stakeholders from planning through deployment.
• Organise regression testing, release readiness reviews, deployment sequencing, cutover dependencies, communications, and post-release follow-up.
• Use delivery metrics and structured problem-solving to improve predictability, flow, team health, and release execution.

Requirements

• Several years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Lead, Iteration Manager, or in a closely related delivery role.
• Strong practical knowledge of Scrum, Agile delivery methods, and the SAFe framework, including PI Planning.
• Experience supporting cross-functional technology teams through planning, execution, testing, and release.
• Working knowledge of regression-testing coordination, defect lifecycle management, release governance, and deployment readiness.
• Ability to manage dependencies, risks, competing priorities, and impediments across multiple teams or workstreams.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, or comparable delivery-management and reporting platforms; a relevant bachelor's degree is advantageous.
