Business Project Manager (Logistics)

What you will do

• Plan and execute business projects aligned with Middle East regional strategy and annual objectives.
• Set goals, coordinate resources, track progress, manage risks, and conduct project reviews.
• Monitor regional business performance and KPIs, identifying trends, issues, and risks.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Product, Finance, HR, and other functions to deliver initiatives on time.
• Improve project management, task tracking, meeting, and review mechanisms through process standardization and digitalization.
• Follow up on management decisions and convert them into measurable business results.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Project Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in project management, business operations, or related roles.
• Experience delivering cross-functional projects from planning through execution.
• Strong project management, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
• Good command of English and Chinese is required.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and international environment.
